Complex Care Services
Specialist care for individuals with complex health needs, delivered with compassion, expertise and dignity. Living with a complex medical condition shouldn't mean compromising your independence or quality of life. Our Complex Care service provides highly personalised support for children and adults with a wide range of clinical and long-term health conditions, enabling them to remain safely in their own homes while receiving the specialist care they require.
Every individual is unique, which is why we work closely with families, healthcare professionals, case managers and commissioners to develop bespoke care packages that meet each person's clinical, emotional and social needs. Our experienced care professionals receive specialist training and ongoing competency assessments to ensure care is delivered safely, confidently and to the highest standards.

Care Designed Around the Individual
No two care packages are ever the same. We recognise that complex care extends beyond clinical tasks, focusing on helping each individual achieve the best possible quality of life.
Whether supporting someone to attend education, enjoy family life, access their local community or pursue personal interests, our aim is to promote independence, choice and wellbeing while providing safe, consistent and reliable care.
Our support can be provided from a few hours each week through to 24-hour care, including live-in care, waking nights and fully tailored packages designed around changing needs.

Working Together
We believe the very best outcomes are achieved through partnership. We work collaboratively with families, NHS professionals, Continuing Healthcare teams, local authorities, case managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is coordinated, responsive and centred around the individual.
Regular reviews, open communication and ongoing training allow us to adapt quickly as needs change, providing reassurance that every person continues to receive the highest standard of care.
